Arbor Ledger sends transactional email only: sign-in codes and account notices to staff, and statements to the people an organization's office has registered to receive them, such as a resident or their representative. It sends no marketing. Anyone who no longer wants statements by email can ask the organization's office, which can stop them. Addresses that bounce or complain stop receiving mail.
